The Director of the Centre is Dr Ayesha Saeed Husaini who holds a PhD in Special Education from The University of Sheffield, UK.

Manzil has an international staff of professionals that include speech therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists and special education teachers. These professionals are assisted by a dedicated team of assistants and support staff. There are 20 staff members. Currently 11% of Manzil staff comprises people with special needs

In July 2009, Manzil had 41 students enrolled in 6 classes. There are 9 nationalities represented within the Center
